Responsibilities include:
The Marketing & Business Development team is led by Alexa Dowling. You will be reporting directly to Alexa, but expected to work closely with the wider team, supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives that drive client engagement, market visibility, and revenue growth.
You will need to be enthusiastic and proactive, with previous experience in business development. You will have the ability to motivate, develop and inspire both teams and lawyers to deliver business goals. This is a busy, high performing team who work to short notice deadlines; therefore you must be adept at managing various tasks at once whilst also being able to prioritise, organise and use your initiative when required.
